3. No Responsibility for Transactions

- Pricing, negotiations, or contractual terms
- Payments, deposits, refunds, or disputes
All transactions occur directly between customers and vendors.
4. Vendor Obligations
Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that equipment complies with UAE laws, safety standards, insurance requirements, and licensing regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or revenue.
6. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claims arising from their use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and UAE courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
